PURPOSE OF THE BUILDER
The objective was to find a balance between contemporary living comfort and the authenticity of the region. Still have 3 rooms, garage, swimming pool etc within budget limits
Rental income can then be generated in an interesting way.
ARCHITECTURE – CONSTRUCTION CONCEPT
When this design was almost accomplished, another existing design was assumed.
Provencal accents were added (curved beams covered terrace and Génoises: double layer under the roof tiles and typical of the region) in order to look a country house that fits into the region. Wooden shutters in a sober color, to enhance the typical appearance.
