May 2019 : initiator Werner Spranghers decides to bring together his skills, knowledge and activities in real estate in the Ardennes and in Provence in one concept and structurally in one company with the aim of strengthening and expanding both real estate concepts.
The company “ESPACE ARDENNES & PROVENCE” works under the BIV-recognized real estate number of Werner Spranghers: 502,279 and civil liability guaranteed insurance.
